Renovation & extensionAustin managed a significant renovation build project on our home – The Old Stables.
Our home is adjacent to the Blaise estate and was built around 1860 and required high quality, sensitive renovation. Austin managed the project and delivered a renovation of an exceptionally high standard which both respected and updated the fabric of the old building as well as constructing a contemporary, architect-designed addition.
While managing the project Mr Cullane was fully involved in the construction work as well as managing a team of builders and liaising with external contractors. We very much appreciated the high quality of his workmanship, his meticulous attention to detail and sound advice. He also displayed a calm and creative approach to the inevitable issues which arise when dealing with an old building.
As a result, we felt very confident throughout the project that the work was going to be completed to a high standard and that has certainly been the case.
